This course meets weekly for 5 weeks. Sessions will be held on Zoom and will be recorded and sent to participants if you are unable to attend on a particular week.

COURSE CONTENT

WEEK 1: BP10 Overview and Roles Review

• How BP10 is to be used in building business

• Full explanation of the 3 Business Roles

• Map the effects of your Role on the successes and challenges of your business

WEEK 2: Intuitions (Talents) Review

• Full explanation of the 10 Business Intuitions

• Review the unique pairings of the 3 Roles and 10 Intuitions

• Map the effects of your Intuitions on the current successes and challenges of your business

WEEK 3: CliftonStrengths + BP10

• Decipher the relationship between Intuitions and Strengths

• Identify which Strengths you use to deliver your Intuitions

• Recognize ways in which your Strengths present differently in personal life versus business

WEEK 4: Board of Directors

• What is a Board of Directors and why is it vital in entrepreneurship

• Identifying your Board needs through your BP10 results

• How to build and run your Board of Directors

WEEK 5: Reworking your business goals to match your BP10 results

• Frame 6-month and 1-year business development goals through your Role lens

• Create plan of action using your 10 Intuitions and Top Strengths

• Plan how to seek goal assistance from your Board of Directors

COURSE PRE-WORK

Participants must have their Full 34 CliftonStrengths report and BP10 report emailed to Jeff Liscum (course instructor) no later than 1 week before the course begins.
