  • You talk, we listen. We want to know about you, your business, and what you’re looking for in a business talent coach.

  • We create a coaching plan based on our meeting. Coaching plans typically start as 10-session packages and can grow from there depending upon your business goals.

  • You review the plan, we shake hands, we have you take the CliftonStrengths and BP10 Assessments, and then we get started.
